Starting with a single hotel back in 1952, today, with 8,873 villas and over 365,000 members and owners, Holiday Inn Club Vacations is the third largest vacation club with worldwide partnerships and resorts across the US and Mexico. The team at Holiday Inn Club Vacations consists of over 4,000 employees and continues to grow every year.

As the company significantly expanded its reach and services in recent years, it faced the challenge of efficiently managing its financial and human resources across its vast network of properties and employees. Many processes were done manually, using email and spreadsheets, which made it difficult to track the flow of information within the enterprise and led to numerous issues and inefficiencies.

With operations spanning multiple locations and a diverse range of offerings, it became complicated to navigate financial and HR tasks.
