Comprehensive Four-Module Health Solution: Building a Connected Care Coordination System

Project Overview

About the project

Fertility treatment requires patients to follow strict medication schedules, coordinate with clinics, and stay in touch with pharmaceutical providers. In many cases, these tasks are handled in separate systems, which makes coordination harder and increases the risk of delays or errors.

Read our fertility platform case study to explore how TechVision developed a unified platform that connects patients, providers, pharmacies, and logistics teams in a single system.

Business Needs

Challenges

Fertility treatment involves multiple participants, including patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and logistics teams responsible for medication delivery. Before the client reached out to our team, each part of the process was managed separately, with limited visibility across systems.

This fragmented setup created inconsistencies in information across participants since data related to treatment plans, medication status, and deliveries was not always synchronized.

The client approached us with a goal of building a fertility care coordination platform that would connect scattered workflows in a single system, provide access to up-to-date information for each role, and support coordination between medical, operational, and logistics processes.

We support. We improve.

Our Solution

TechVision designed and developed a multi-app fertility care platform that supports the entire treatment and delivery workflow. It connects patients, providers, pharmaceutical teams, and logistics staff in a single environment, allowing each group to access information based on their role.

The platform includes four applications, each designed around a specific part of the process:

  • Back Office. A web-based portal used by pharmaceutical companies and clinical teams to manage treatment plans, track medication, coordinate with insurance, and organize deliveries.
  • Patient Mobile App. A mobile interface that helps patients manage their treatment schedules. The app provides a medication calendar and sends reminders, so it is easier to follow prescribed regimens.
  • Logistics App. A dashboard that supports shipment tracking and coordination, providing real-time updates on medication deliveries.
  • Driver App. A mobile application for delivery personnel. It streamlines route planning and allows drivers to update shipment status.

All applications are connected within a shared system, which allows information related to treatment plans, medication status, and deliveries to be accessed and updated across roles.

The platform provides a more structured way to manage treatment workflows. Patients can follow medication schedules through a mobile interface, while clinical and pharmaceutical teams can access and update treatment-related data in one place. At the same time, logistics teams have visibility into delivery status.

By connecting previously separate workflows, the solution reduces the need for manual coordination and helps keep information consistent across roles.
