The data management processes weren’t running efficiently as they depended on spreadsheets and client-based databases which weren’t centralized properly. These were the inefficiencies caused mostly by the manual processes that our team was trying to transform to improve the operations and approach to data management in the company.

Web-Based Data Mart: We created a centralized web-based data mart where our client could store and analyze data. The goal of this data mart was to replace ‌spreadsheets and client-based databases.
